Took my prius in for front wheel alignment - After i picked up my car it started to have serious problems - took it back in four consecutive times and spent up to $6,000 in repairs - Toyota was not able picked up my car it started to have serious problems - took it back in four consecutive times and spent up to $6,000 in repairs - Toyota was not able to solve the problem - either I was scammed or the mechanics are not factory trained. I gave up and bought another car only to find out later it didn't have two safety features that I was led to believe was standard - amely a 360 back up camera and digital mirror More

I visited with Mark after the service was completed on my 2022 company vehicle. I expressed how pleased I was with the customer service I received from Shelby in the Service Department.
