I’ve been going to Chase for a while now and the customer service is amazing! Kyle is truly a Godsend- back in August, my car wasn’t starting because of a battery issue. I came into Chevy pretty late in the service is amazing! Kyle is truly a Godsend- back in August, my car wasn’t starting because of a battery issue. I came into Chevy pretty late in the day & although they were really busy & also short staffed, Kyle made it a point to actually do the work on my vehicle himself just to make sure I was able to get my kid to school the next day. I will never forget that. The staff there is great! They are all so friendly and I plan to continue to bring my vehicle there whenever it needs service. Thank you all! More

I keep returning to the dealership and getting my vehicle serviced. I’m not sure what they don’t understand about LUBE and oil filter. It seems to be a fight every time to get the fittings lubricated on my s serviced. I’m not sure what they don’t understand about LUBE and oil filter. It seems to be a fight every time to get the fittings lubricated on my suspension. Before I left the other day, I asked Mark if they had lubricated the fittings and he sent it right back in, which tells me they didn’t. The next day I was replacing my shock absorbers and I ended up greasing the suspension the rest of the way, half of them were done, so disappointing. I attribute this to shorter life on the suspension components when I am sure that they were being lubricated. no reflection on you, Mark The technician deceived both of us the other day. More
