Kyle Roberts was our salesperson and he instantly made us comfortable and won our trust. We were trying to decide between a sedan and SUV and finally settled with a used Q50 sedan that had everything that we wanted and was priced right. It was a pleasure to deal with everyone at the dealership and highly recommend Infinity of Birmingham to anyone looking for a great product with a professional knowledgeable staff. More

Curtis was amazing, assisting us with some minor issues with our older Infinity. They gave us a nice loaner while we had to wait for our car to be done.. it was so nice that we decided we wanted to buy a new one.. Kyle Roberts then helped us to buy our second purchase from this dealership (and him)! Excellent team here. Just good people. More

She didn’t push a car on me outside my price range or what I was looking for. She and her manager, Mark, made it a great experience to trade-in my car and become an Infiniti Birmingham customer again. Everyone that I interacted with was very kind and took time to answer any questions. I truly feel like i was valued as a customer. More

Sta I recently purchased a QX60 from Karen Lloyd of infinity of Birmingham. Everyone at the dealership was super helpful and made sure I was taken of. Start to finish, the best car buying experience I've ever had. I came in 2hrs before close on Christmas eve and was out the door with a car before they closed. The sales manager, Mark Mitchell came over and personally thanked me for my business. Rare in todays world to have a top sales professional and sales manager at the same dealership. I even liked the finance manager Brooke. She was very through and gave me all of the options without being pushy. Give Karen and her team a try. You will be glad you did!! More

She explained all the documents we signed and received. She discussed all the features of the car, and answered all our questions in "easy to understand" language. We had to come back the next day to bring some documents we had forgotten on our car being traded in, and then she spent over two hours patiently going over every feature of the car and helped us set it up for our preferences. By the way, this was supposed to be her day off. More

I can say without hesitation I recently moved to Birmingham from NJ. This was my 4th leased car from Infiniti, but my first from an Alabama dealer. I can say without hesitation that this was the best car buying experience I’ve had to date. Courtney was knowledgeable, professional, and a delight to work with. I was a happy Q40 owner and wanted another one but the model was discontinued. Courtney did everything she could to make a Q50 work for me, and now I can’t imagine owning anything else. More
