It's not often that a car buying experience is as flawless as the one I just had with Infiniti of Birmingham. My visit started out as a service on a newly delivered vehicle purchased from an online c flawless as the one I just had with Infiniti of Birmingham. My visit started out as a service on a newly delivered vehicle purchased from an online competitor. Needless to say, it was a disaster, Service Advisor Jackson Callahan offered to help me turn things around. There was absolutely no pressure to buy from Infiniti, he simply wanted me to have a quality buying experience after witnessing first hand what I was going through with the competitor. Jackson introduced me to Mark Mitchell, General Manager of Sales, who LISTENED to my needs and situation and began working on locating the perfect vehicle that met my criteria. In perfect timing, the vehicle showed up as a trade that very morning. While Mark went to work getting me a fantastic financing rate, Blake Temple sealed the deal by showing me the vehicle and providing a thorough demonstration of all of the features. Technology has changed a lot since I made my last purchase! When the paperwork was complete I met with Timberly Green, F&I Manager to make the final decisions regarding GAP insurance, etc. I can't stress enough how this team took time to understand my needs and asked the right questions to get me in the right vehicle, at the right price, with a warranty and care plan that works best for me - not the one that would be most profitable for them. In normal situations, this would be the end of the story. This is not a normal situation. Remember the original car? It was purchased from a competitor (hint - it was an online purchase). Since it was delivered to me damaged and not drivable, my new friends at Infiniti of Birmingham kept the vehicle safe and secure in the maintenance lot until it could be picked up. Every single one of these folks checked in with me after my purchase to make sure everything is going well. Friends, that is service. Needless to say, Infiniti BHM has made a life long customer and I am very grateful for them. More

He approaches the car sale as a MUTUAL transaction in which his GOAL is to meet your car needs PRECISELY. I purchased a 2020 Ford Escape as my previous 1998 Chevy Malibu was on its last leg. Regi made sure I was within my budget YET still found an AWESOME car that is a TOTAL upgrade from my previous car. I hope to work with Regi again to purchase my sister's first vehicle. Wonderful experience. All the staff was friendly and helpful. I was able to complete most of the transaction through online and telephone.
