    AJ was the best salesperson I have ever encountered when
     purchasing a new vehicle! He is so knowledgeable about many vehicles besides VW’s to help in comparison to this vehicle so I could make a more inform
     purchasing a new vehicle! He is so knowledgeable about many vehicles besides VW’s to help in comparison to this vehicle so I could make a more informed decision! I did not feel pressured at all. I have had some bad experiences with car salesmen in the past who didn’t appreciate the fact that a woman can make her own deal without her spouse’s help!

    Took car into Dealership Feb 6, determined to be faulty
     alternator, part came in next day, noticed stalling, miss information won't call back so I went to dealership found car dash tore into pieces, later 
     alternator, part came in next day, noticed stalling, miss information won't call back so I went to dealership found car dash tore into pieces, later from their own admission in text. they were taking parts off my car WITH OUT CONSENT, to diagnose other cars. Also, in the process damaged my dash which they replaced. This is absolutely criminal/unprofessional, offered no explanation or anything just sorry, also refused to honor military discount as they have done in past!........Received car 14th.  Possible legal action to ensue.
