Went in for maintenance, it took too long and I feel I should get more updates rather than just waiting there and wondering how much longer will I need to wait. I was the first one there at 7am and still should get more updates rather than just waiting there and wondering how much longer will I need to wait. I was the first one there at 7am and still took 2+ hours for it to complete and no one came to tell me that we working on it and it will be another 30 minutes or something of this sort; vs me going and asking for updates. If I drive a premium car, you kind of want premium service as well in my honest opinion. More

They attempted to over-charge me for my repair. They only lowered the price when I investigated the market rates. The check-in process was easy. Though the interaction with the check-in staff was impersonal.
