Johnnie Lamm was simply amazing to work with. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I purchased a certified 2017 Nissan Leaf from him. Great Service and Price. I came to find a pickup, van, or SUV that I could afford. Jess, my salesman, found just what I needed in about 15 minutes of talking with me. He pinpointed my needs and had a Nissan Xterra that fit my needs perfectly. The SUV was in excellent condition for a 2008 model and the price was just what I could afford. I had setup a pre-apporved loan with my bank but they were having a fit over a minor overage on the price.(I forgot to figure in the sales tax and license fees!) Jesse the finance manager hooked me up with the credit union they use and I got a better interest rate and lower payments. I had to turn in the rental car that I was using and Jess, my salesman, came to my house and picked me up the next morning so I could pick up my vehicle!! Service above and beyond my expectations. All the folks at Campbell Nelson Nissan were extremely courteous and very helpful. I was a real pleasure to do business that believes in old fashioned customer service! I highly recommend these folks for you next purchase. More

New Altima! Great Experience! Great Day! Yesterday I bought a new 2016 Altima! It is the 3rd one that I have owned over a 20 year period. They are great cars. So, purchasing a 3rd one was Yesterday I bought a new 2016 Altima! It is the 3rd one that I have owned over a 20 year period. They are great cars. So, purchasing a 3rd one was not unexpected, but I also looked at the Sentra, Versa, and Maxima. Initially, I did not expect to make a purchase. I tend to take my time - I like "car shopping" and doing test drives. I really like learning about the new models and their features. I have been to Campbell Nelson for services and have always had a good experience. I met Roy after browsing the car lot and then going into the store to look at the showroom. What great showroom! I was greeted by a very friendly person at the storefront door. Unlike some car stores, I truly felt no pressure to make a purchase and enjoyed my visit. After about an hour I left the dealership and went and had lunch and looked at the information Roy and David (John?) gave me. I came back and shopped again. I was met with the same friendliness. After test driving a used 2014 Altima and a new Sentra (a very neat car BTW....), Roy showed me a new 2016 Altima as we were talking about prices and financing possibilities. We took a new 2016 Altima out for a drive - it was awesome! Plus I loved the color and how it felt during the drive. Roy was a great passenger!.... He was also a great salesperson - very easy to talk to and never any pressure to make a decision. He is one of the best I have ever dealt with. We returned to the dealership and David O'Brien came out and did an assessment on my 2008 Altima. He gave a very good price and Roy showed me the Nissan financing promotion. What a deal! So, we started the paperwork. I met Matt who offered me insurance options and then Cecil for the financing process. Cecil was great! He throughly explained everything. It was a lot of information - there are so many options but he made it very simple to understand. Just prior to moving forward on the deal, I Roy offered me an opportunity to meet one of the business founders - Mr. Campbell. What an interesting and pleasant person! Truly a people person. At the end of the day, I drove off with a new Altima. But what really made it worthwhile was the experience. This dealerships' personnel are easy going and respectful and committed to answering all your questions. WWZ More

An unusually painless buying experience I contacted John Kelch about a Pathfinder on a Friday morning, and by Friday evening my wife and I were on our way home in it. I was very straightforw I contacted John Kelch about a Pathfinder on a Friday morning, and by Friday evening my wife and I were on our way home in it. I was very straightforward with John in what I was looking for in our initial conversations via email. He told me that he was confident that if we came in to take a look at it, we could find a deal that works for all sides. Long story short ... he did what he said he would, and we left happy in our new vehicle. Mark McGee also made the signing process a pleasant one. Thanks John, Mark, and crew. More

My wife and I were recently in the market for a used car. We had searched around the area looking at a few different places when we found Campbell Nelson Nissan. I will admit that my wife and I are credit ch We had searched around the area looking at a few different places when we found Campbell Nelson Nissan. I will admit that my wife and I are credit challenged and have made some poor decisions. At most dealerships this makes you a second class citizen and a experience that you would rather trade for anything else in the world. From the minute we made contact with our salesman, Mark McGee on the phone to the minute we drove off the lot I would have never known I had credit problems. Mark made us feel like we were just as important and a customer who could walk in the door and drop cash for anything on the lot. Mark was very patient as we looked at cars and decided what we wanted. Mark was all around a great person, personable but not over bearing, answered questions but provided no pressure. When it was all said an done I felt like I bought a car from a friend not a stereotypical used car sales person. I sent Mark an email after the sale and summed it up like this. My wife and I have been married for 18 years and in that time we have done this process a couple times. This was the first time my wife ever left the dealership with a smile on her face and truly happy about the experience she just had. As her husband and best friend this could not have made me any happier. I have began to refer everyone I know to this dealership and as long as I live in this area I will never buy a car from anyone else. By the way, we bought a barely used Nissan Cube and LOVE it. I know from the outside they look a little weird, but after driving it for two weeks now I am hooked. GREAT CAR, GREAT SALESMAN, WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. More
