We walked in 10mins before they closed (due to google being incorrect) we felt so bad but Mark said don’t worry about it at all, and he would make sure he got us taken care of. I went in wanting to look at 2 specific vehicles. By the time I had given my license for the test drive Ted had both vehicles front and center ready for my comparison. Both Brandon and Ted gave us space to look at the cars but stayed close by in case we had any questions. Once I decided which car I preferred we discussed price. There was not a single ‘add on’ - the price they wrote down was the out the door price. It was nice to be given a piece of paper that had the vehicle price, tags, tax and total. Of course I was offered an extended warranty and Ziebart but there was no pressure in purchasing either. I have never had an easier time buying a used car. I would recommend this dealership whether you are buying used or new. Absolutely everyone was pleasant to deal with. Initially I was looking at two different manufacturers, Ted was knowledgeable with both of them. And what he couldn’t answer he took the time to find out while I was on the test drive. By the time I made my decision I was confident that I was buying from a very reliable used car lot and was treated like I was buying a new car. More
