Everyone we spoke with was very helpful and friendly. Everyone learned and remembered our names and we were always offered coffee, tea or water at every visit. We were given a great deal on a new (2013) Outback and were given a fair trade on our old vehicle. Mark walked us through every step of the sale very professionally and patiently. We never felt pressured or like we were being taken advantage of. Everyone treated us fairly, gave us factual information, and it was truly a pleasure doing business with the folks at Cityside Subaru. Our experience at Cityside Subaru was great. Buying a car can be stressful and we experienced none of that with your sales associate, Mark Lidano. We looked around for Subaru's in multiple states before finding Mark and Cityside Subaru. All our other experiences were stressful, unpleasant and futile, but Mark and Cityside made buying a car an absolut finding Mark and Cityside Subaru. They were even patient for a month while we waited for our old car to get fixed up for trade-in, and worked with us to get us a great trade-in price on a not-so-great car. I would go buy another car tomorrow just to hang around with those guys! More

Mark was very patient taking me out to test drive a used Outback and Forester. His explanation of the differences was very clear. I ended up buying a new 2012 Outback, and am glad I did. From the beginning, Mark was friendly and helpful. He answered every question I asked via e-mail or in person. He spent time with me and checked to make sure I was comfortable of my knowledge of the car. answered every question I asked via e-mail or in person. He spent time with me and checked to make sure I was comfortable of my knowledge of the car. He throughly explained the differences between the Impreza Premium and Impreza Limited. When it came for a quote, Mark provided me with a much better price than I expected considering my experience at another dealership. Mark was not pushy and gave me time to think about the purchase. When I was ready to buy the car, he was available when I was available. Before making a deposit, he once again showed me the car I wanted to ensure that I really liked the color since my car would be coming from the factory. When the car came in, Mark checked with me to see how I was and explained that I was waiting because of papers from my insurance company, transfer of plates, etc. He introduced me to John. John carefully explained my extended warranty and maintenance options. I was a little confused but John patiently explained everything until I understood. He explained every piece of paper I signed. When we were done, he told me I could call whenever I wanted with questions. Mark then introduced me to all the people in the Service department and explained the service experience at the dealership. When we went into my car, Mark helped me pair my phone to the car and demonstrated the hands free phone. He checked to see that I knew all the features I needed to know to safely drive off the lot. He did not leave until I felt comfortable to do so. Throughout this whole experience, Mark's sense of humor and pleasant disposition made my car experience stress free and I am very appreciate of that. Since buying the car, the dealership has sent thank you cards and I just received a call from Mark to check in. What customer service!!! I am excited to continue my relationship with this dealership in the future. More
