Never go anywhere else! Chris Rinker is outstanding. He is the best there is. No one pays more attention to both details and the big picture. regular maintenance Mark Lewis was the service rep; was able to bring the car in the next day and do the regular service with no problem. There were issues from the previous service that i was waiting to do in this service appointment and they were all taken care of. Car runs like new. Very pleased. Also had recall/warranty issues taken care of as well. Excellent service. More

Although I felt ripped off paying over 1,000 just to replace a starter motor, I can deal with that because I am a Toyota owner and the word is you pay more, off course, but what really pissed me off was replace a starter motor, I can deal with that because I am a Toyota owner and the word is you pay more, off course, but what really pissed me off was that Mark said the lender car was free, but of course when the bill came, I was charged 30 dollars or more. Won't go there again and will warn my friends. So, there you go. More

I brought my Prius in for service and a new battery. The work was well done and completed on time. I was very pleased with my service advisor and the discount he gave me on my battery. I got an appointment within 20 minutes of calling at 10:30am on a Friday, and the car was ready for pick-up before 4:30pm. More

I took my 08 Prius in for a 40,000 mile service. Mark was very friendly and very informative. When my car was ready, he called me immediately to let me know. He gave me some information about the condi was very friendly and very informative. When my car was ready, he called me immediately to let me know. He gave me some information about the condition of the car, but said there were no issues that couldn't wait to be taken care of at my next service. I appreciated his honesty very much. Sometimes I feel like service centers tend to push the customer into services that the customer may not need right away. It was refreshing to deal with Mark. I rated the price "okay" because I just wish it were cheaper to get my car serviced. More
