All I can say is WOW. Best place to buy a BMW. My experience was beyond outstanding, the price was unmatched, the sales professionals were outstanding, and the people in Best place to buy a BMW. My experience was the best I ever had buying a BMW. Maurice Bell was my sales professional and without hesitation would highly recommend him. His knowledge of BMW was impressive and his follow-through on all questions I had was superb. Maurice is an exceptional individual. He cares, he is friendly, very professional, honest, respectful, and always goes above and beyond with every issue I ever had. He made it the best experience I ever had buying an automobile. I will always ask for Maurice Bell, he listened to what was important to me and sold me the car I wanted. He constantly checks in to make sure all is well with the car and my family. Thank you. More

Keep telling me ALL cars have rusted rooters and it’s normal. 1000 miles brand new x1 bmw and it’s a rust bucket they refuse to fix! They don’t use a shuttle they use lift. Got picked up in a smoke fille normal. 1000 miles brand new x1 bmw and it’s a rust bucket they refuse to fix! They don’t use a shuttle they use lift. Got picked up in a smoke filled old Jeep! Plus They had me stand outside on the corner waiting for it with a crap sign saying Lyft! I’ll never buy a car from them again! RUN from BMW! This dealership lied to the BBB! Said they offered to fix my car and They never did! They have an F rating and are not BBB certified! Worst treatment ever! Got rid of my car at 2700 miles only 8 months old! They are lying, using cheap junk parts and stealing from people! More

I own a independent repair shop That from time to time needs the help of the manufacturer to fix certain issues with cars. It’s the hardest thing to find someone in your industry to trust and have faith t needs the help of the manufacturer to fix certain issues with cars. It’s the hardest thing to find someone in your industry to trust and have faith that’s it they will take care of you. I took my car in and they stole my cologne. I wrote them an email they got back to be and the tech admitted he seen it and it probably fell out in the wash. Okay fine but my original email was over 2 months an email they got back to be and the tech admitted he seen it and it probably fell out in the wash. Okay fine but my original email was over 2 months ago. I written back twice and no reply sense the first admission of guilt. They obviously don’t care about me bringing back my 549. Horrible customer service and they have either thieves or just people who don’t care. I want a new bottle of cologne. I want the manager to contact me again not contact me then ghost me. Horrible business and if you go take all your valuables out of your car More

Clean service department, but they don’t follow a face mask policy. On three different visits about half the service department employees were not wearing masks.
