Do not stand behind product On 2014 we bought a 2013 Sorrento SX. Because the vehicle has a "Dealer Demo" it had 4,500 miles. An although it have that many miles it was sold to u On 2014 we bought a 2013 Sorrento SX. Because the vehicle has a "Dealer Demo" it had 4,500 miles. An although it have that many miles it was sold to us as new with the understanding that the warranty and the extended warranty will extend to 104,500 miles. At the beginning of this year near the 100,000 miles the vehicle start having some problems. When we contacted the dealer we were told that the warranty will not extend from the original 100k. at 102k the vehicle overheated, we took it to our local shop and replace the radiator. This did not fixed the overheating. We finally find out that the head gasket needed to be replace. We took it to another shop and the determine that this particular engine made by KIA will not go back correctly if you try to replace the gasket. We contacted the dealer and to make the long story short the dealer look at it and told us that they recommend replacing the engine at 7k. on a car 6 year old card with just over 100k. During further research find that the 2013 Sorrento engines coming out of the assembly line had head gasket problems. KIA corporation knew, Halleen Kia Knew and they sold us $36k defective vehicle that right now is a paper weight. I do not trust them any more. They are liars, Con Mans. I will never buy another KIA again and I will make sure that everyone learn about our experience. More

I was very impressed with his honesty, reasonable prices and customer service. I immediately started using this location for all of my servicing needs. It is worth the drive passing many other dealerships. When it was time to purchase my next car I contacted Haleen Kia. Previous car purchase experiences have been exhausting, lengthy, adversarial, and quite unpleasant. I always brought others for help and support. My experience at Haleen Kia was just the opposite! I was treated like a beloved family member. I arrived without an appointment. I was promptly greeted by Natalyya Renaudin. She is my all time favorite sales consultant!!! She was very courteous and professional. She took the time to find out exactly what I was looking for and what I could afford. There was no pressure to make decisions or to purchase immediately. She wanted to make sure that I was buying exactly what I wanted at the best price possible. Management were very friendly and patient with all of my questions and concerns. I will continue to recommend this dealership to family and friends!!! More

Horrible Customer Service My salesman couldn’t have cared less to contact me after the sale was completed. My check engine light came on the next time and it took 2 weeks to fi My salesman couldn’t have cared less to contact me after the sale was completed. My check engine light came on the next time and it took 2 weeks to figure out. I had to call in and find out where my car was and when it was going to be done. No communication whatsoever. They promised gas cards or reimbursed gas for the non hybrid loaner they gave me, never saw that. I wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t buy from them again. The internet sales team Lori was great. In store. Not so much. Service manager was the only one who gave me an update once. More
