The minute my family stepped out of the Uber car, Mark was the first thing to approach us. I told him that I was deaf, and Mark told us to come and follow him inside the building. Mark immediately gave u was the first thing to approach us. I told him that I was deaf, and Mark told us to come and follow him inside the building. Mark immediately gave us paper and pen to communication with each other. I was impressed by this as I don’t have to battle to explain that we need to use paper and pen. I simple explained to him what kind of vehicle I want. Mark immediately knew what car would fit for us. He did a marvelous job. Mark and I communicated very well through paper and pen, and text messages on our phone. Hey Mark, Keep up your years of marvelous work!
