I've had quite a few different cars so I've dealt with my share of used car salesman, and I have to say by far Stephen Gremillion at the used car lot is by far the most honest and best salesman I have ever done business with. Thank you from the bottom of heart. And Mark in Finance, he was awesome, kind, helpful, and understanding as well so both of them turned one of my worst experiences into a far better one. My wife and I were looking for a car for quite some time. We had some not so good experiences with a competing dealership. After looking around the internet I saw some really good deals on a few cars at Stro We had some not so good experiences with a competing dealership. After looking around the internet I saw some really good deals on a few cars at Strong VW. We showed up and were greeted by Bryson who was super nice. We ended up working with Tyler Chapman, who honestly made the car buying experience so wonderful. He was super patient and super genuine. We ended up falling in love with a Nissan Rogue. Mark G. in financing helped us seal the deal by making finianing super easy. I genuinely had the best car buying experience imaginable. They gave me a super fair amount on my trade in and after hearing my wife and I were taking a trip they even offered a loaner car for us while they finished detailing our car. This is the go to dealership, I tell all my friends and family to go see them knowing they won't have to go anywhere else. Great people who really care about their customer and honor their word. And when I say played it was not fun. We were at our wits end. I was drawn in by the car I was looking for was on their lot and then they had the lifetime drive train coverage. I said well let's try this place see if our experience is any better. I had talked to Jayden Saturday asking about the car on the phone. I forgot his name so when I walked into Strong VW used cars i was met wlby Devan. He heard my story and then when I said I talked to someone Saturday on the phone he immediately said we take our customer service very serious. Let me see if he is able to help you. That right there was a plus! These people work together not against each other. How amazing is that? Jayden was just about there so the first young man went to get get vehicle I said I was looking for so it was ready for us!! We met Jayden and gave him the low down of why we wanted to see that car. Oh how the experience was so much better than the weekend I had with the other place. First he didn't try to push me to another car that was above my price point, or something I didn't want. He listened really listened. We test drove the vehicle and then we talked numbers. He sent me over to finance and I worked with Mark. And wow was he also amazing he set my mind at ease. I can't believe how friendly. How un pushy. How easy my experience was. I got exactly what I wanted. A plus service and no hassle. I will be definitely be telling everyone! Thank you! More
