We purchased a New Ford Ranger at Winner Ford where we'd never been before. The sales team were all knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with across the board. The Ford Ranger is a tremendously good pic never been before. The sales team were all knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with across the board. The Ford Ranger is a tremendously good pickup truck for people who are really doing heavy duty work. The cab has a true cockpit style, the ride is sturdy and you can hitch a boat to it with no issue with the hitch upgrade that we got. Compared it to the Toyota Tacoma and Honda Ridgeline, the Ford Ranger was the clear winner and so was the dealership with the same name! More

Been using for years. Started with a 1988 Ford Tempo and just bought a 2018 Fusion. Mike Slawinski and Doug were extremely amazing! Returning again........for sure. Terrible customer service I went to the dealership in April to buy two cars. One being a used truck and the other a used car. I was given a time to come in. When we arrived t I went to the dealership in April to buy two cars. One being a used truck and the other a used car. I was given a time to come in. When we arrived the car was not on the lot the sales rep had it sat his house. We took the truck for a test drive while we waited for the car. When the car arrived about an hour later when we were told we would be in and out due to Covid19. We went for a test drive just opening the car door you can smell smoke it also had more miles than stated. Needless to say we didn’t buy the car took just the truck. A week into having the car the service engine light came on. We called service we dropped right off and never heard back until we called the next day, we were told that they couldn’t help since it was dodge. We took it to dodge to be told we would need to pay for repairs than go back to Winner ford to get reimbursed. I called service at Winner they said ok we will take to dodge but we can.t give you a rental. I had to pay for a week of rental car they didn’t have a truck to lend us and they couldn’t rent and pay for it. We are now almost two months with the truck still having problems and I have been arguing trying to get a refund on the truck I rented. I spoke to several people at Winner who said they would pay me back. I receive partial payment after they made me bring in the invoice and offered to pay the whole thing after days of arguing. I have been Calling the Controller and emailing both her and the general manager with no response or check. Along with the truck still having issues. This is horrible customer service !!!!! I just want my balance an never have to deal with this dealership again unless my truck can’t get fixed then it will come down to dealing with them again. The whole team there lie, ignore. More
