I would recommend the dealership because I love Volvos. My sales person didn’t really seem to know what he was doing, and had to check in with his manager every step of the way. I still don’t understand why I couldn’t have dealt with someone who was more knowledgeable and efficient. Financing was fine, The warranty stuff is just based on a lot of fear which I don’t have.
