The receptionist was friendly and knowledgeable (she asked if the light was blinking or steady - because blinking would mean I needed a tow truck). When we arrived, everyone was professional and experienced. Service consultant Mark Forcucci secured a loaner so we could keep our plans to tour Brown University, and explained that there'd be a $160 diagnosis fee (fair enough). He called with updates to let me know when mechanics were inspecting the car. When we returned, we enjoyed wraps for lunch, refilled our coffee, and were updated that nothing was wrong with the car. Since there was no issue, did not charge me a thing. What more could you want in a dealer? The facility is beautiful, the staff is lovely. They even returned my Lexus freshly washed. Highly recommend! More
