I brought my car into the Dry Ridge Toyota Service Center today and had a great experience working with Mark Eldridge. Mark did a great job explaining the service process and reached out several times throu today and had a great experience working with Mark Eldridge. Mark did a great job explaining the service process and reached out several times throughout the day to keep us updated on the status of our car. Our car was serviced without issue and is running great. This was our first service experience at Dry Ridge Toyota and we will definitely be back. Thanks to Mark and team for creating an all around great experience. More

I was home on vacation and bought a Toyota Tacoma at Dry Ridge Toyota about a year ago. I am in the Army, however, so I do not get my Tacoma serviced regularly in Dry Ridge. I have been going to Rick Hendri Ridge Toyota about a year ago. I am in the Army, however, so I do not get my Tacoma serviced regularly in Dry Ridge. I have been going to Rick Hendrick Toyota in Fayetteville, NC, and have been more than displeased with their facility. I recently returned home to Kentucky and was due for service. So I went back to Dry Ridge Toyota. Mark was EXCELLENT!! He repaired my left rear tire that the facility in NC said that they would not repair. He also informed me that my rotors and drive shaft were warped. The vehicle is only over a year old now, so the faults were deemed a manufacturing problem. I asked Mark to check the alignment also because the truck was shaking at 70 mph. He did find the alignment was off and gave me a discount on the alignment for all of my problems I have been through with the truck. Mind you I was on vacation for only four days when I took the truck in. Mark was quick and efficient in his work though. He did not think that receiving a drive shaft in time would happen before I had to leave. But, because he ordered it immediately he was able to receive it in time to change it out. I was able to make my drive back to North Carolina entirely reassured that nothing was wrong with the truck. Mark has changed my perspective of what service should be and I will no longer be going to Rick Hendrick Toyota to receive service. I will drive an hour to another dealership before I ever go there again! More

Excellent customer service provided by Mark Eldridge. I take all my vehicles over there for servicing and he gives good guide lines and maintenance advice. Even though there is a Toyota dealership in Flore take all my vehicles over there for servicing and he gives good guide lines and maintenance advice. Even though there is a Toyota dealership in Florence closre to me but I drive 30 miles to Toyota Dryridge where the service is always Superb. Thank you Mark from me and my daughter and my family. More

Once again, I had a GREAT experience at Dry Ridge Toyota. They got me right in and took care of my truck right away. For what it's worth, I did get to try the in-store "diner", and it's fantastic! I drive 30 minutes to Dryridge Toyota for my SUV to be serviced because of the high quality customer service offered. The appointment times offered are flexible and the work is always completed in a time serviced because of the high quality customer service offered. The appointment times offered are flexible and the work is always completed in a timely manner. I also appreciate the the super friendly atmosphere. I can get a bite to eat at the little deli and watch tv or workout in the mini gym if I'm in the mood. Overall I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to be treated as valued customer even after they leave the lot with a new or used vehicle! More

We were very impressed with how quickly the service department resolved the issue of our power steering. Mark Eldridge contacted us with the status and was very professional and helpful. The Highlander runs very well and the repaired our brakes which we had no idea that they were in bad shape due to the Service Department doing an overall check. We were glad they did that. More

Aprroximately, a year ago I found and bought a used Solara convertible online from this dealer. The purchasing experience was normal no particular outstanding events. I have found most dealers are amenable to work with when you're buying a car. The true experience started when I brought the car back for maintenance. I have dealt with 5 dealers in my lifetime and this is where I find most dealers drop the ball. I could write a book about the poor experiences I have had at other dealers. I fact my last dealing was so bad I never wanted to trust another dealer. However, I truely think this dealer is doing something special. Recently, I had some standard maintenance and detailing performed and worked with Mark Elridge, Mike Griese and Cindy Lynch. They could not have been more helpful and friendly, all had a part in making the experience a good one. I was very happy with the staff and the work performed.They obviously have a good staff at the front desk, but also behind the scenes. I live 45 miles from this dealer and it's worth the trip to work with them. I highly recommend this dealer. More

Mark was by far the best employee I have come in contact with at Dry Ridge Toyota. Due to previous rudeness experienced in the body shop, I have been avoiding getting any type of maintenance done there. I with at Dry Ridge Toyota. Due to previous rudeness experienced in the body shop, I have been avoiding getting any type of maintenance done there. It, however, was mandatory for me to get a transmission flush at the dealership, so I was forced to go back. It turned into a great experience though, because Mark was such a helpful, caring, and patient employee. I will definitely return for general maintenance needs and hopefully will experience the same kindness that Mark showed me and get to work with him again. More
