Easiest and best car buying experience I started my car buying search using TrueCar to get a price on the Sienna XLE build I was looking for. After I got some quotes from these other deale I started my car buying search using TrueCar to get a price on the Sienna XLE build I was looking for. After I got some quotes from these other dealers who has less than stellar reviews, I sought out other Toyota dealers with good ratings. Nicole the internet contact responded quickly to my inquiry and got a quote fairly quickly for exactly what i was looking for. Was told what it would include with no unwanted extras. Next day I went in to the dealership and Nicole introduced me Mickey, one of the salespeople. Mickey was great to work with. As the purchase price as already agreed to, Mickey helped us with the test drive of the Sienna we were purchasing and gave us an overview of all the features included. We were then handed off to Mark, who helped us with the financing. Very helpful and stress free process. From beginning to end, the purchase with Continental was the easiest and most enjoyable car buying experience i've ever had. I would gladly drive the 30 miles there for my next purchase rather than the poor service of the dealership around the corner. More

We can say with absolute certainty that this was the best dealership experience we had and could have asked for. Everyone at Continental Toyota was very friendly and Karolina Lenart and Joe Miglio were very knowledgeable and presented us with all options available to make sure we were satisfied. We were even given a deal and told to go around and see if anyone could beat it and also to check back the following week because they might have a Black Friday deal. We came back the following week, crunched our numbers beforehand, and worked with Karolina and Joe and came away with a great deal! They were able to get the Toyota Venza we wanted! Thank you Karolina and Joe! We both highly recommend Continental Toyota in Hodgkins to anyone looking for a new or used car! More

This was my first time purchasing from a dealership and while I had been test driving cars for a couple months, this was the first time that I didn't feel pressured to buy. In fact, I loved the 2012 Chevy Cruze Eco from the start, being in the condition as described online, and even more so, my amazing sales associate and stick-shift teacher, Mostafa Atra, who patiently TAUGHT ME how to drive manual before assisting me with the purchase (you rock, Mostafa!). Furthermore, the finance manager, Mark Doerge, was persistent in finding me the best deal for financing, calling me back two days later and saying he'd found a lower interest rate then previously available. Overall, I was very pleased with my first dealership experience and will be recommending others to purchase from Continental Toyota. Thanks so much! More

I had previously driven through the new car lot and I saw the Avalon that I was interested in. I emailed Brittany and made an appointment with her. When I arrived at Continental she introduced me to Mark Doerge. We made a deal for the car in about five minutes. It does not get any easier than that. Everyone is great at Continental. I like the service department there and I am glad I was able to buy my new car there. More
