Mark Dennis and the Heritage Subaru in Owings Mills team were recommended to me by a close friend who had just purchased a car through them. I was told Mark would take care of me and treat me like family. I was a bit weary, as this was my first time buying a car, and I know many people describe it as a very stressful experience. But I trusted my friend, and I’m really glad I did. Mark met with me on his day off and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. He took the time to go over every detail of the vehicle—all while making a friendly, human connection with me. It’s an experience I’ll look back on with fondness. I couldn’t be happier with my first new car, and I plan to use the Owings Mills location for all of my servicing and maintenance.
