I love Woodfield Lexus. This is where I purchased my GS350 that I brought in for service last week. During the visit I was able to visit with my sales rep Mark Demma and begin to plan for my new vehicle purchase. Service advisor Vic was great and did a great job communicating with me. Service did take a bit longer than quoted and I asked to skip the carwash to get to my appointment which was unfortunate. Also can you add sodas to the the complimentary juice and water? I am used to that other luxury dealerships. More
