When going over the paperwork, we asked questions about why the price wasn’t what was advertised. The sales representative assured us that if we call and cancel the warranty and gap and put $1,000 down, that the payoff price would go back down to right around the advertised price. Give or take a couple hundred. When we called to pay off the car, it’s now $2,000 more than what we agreed on and neither the bank nor Patriot auto group would even consider taking a further look into things. Would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone. More
