I love my new car & I owe it all to Russ! He was fantastic; he was honest about our situation & very helpful in steering us in the best direction. He took the time to introduce us to everyone (by name & title) and each person we encountered was just as friendly & helpful. Once we got the car, he helped us get everything set up & made sure we were ready to go! 10/10 experience. More
