Mark was great but the reason for Phillips as a 4 star dealership is because of a person named Jacqueline who did not show any empathy or remorse after giving us a total price (as we asked) for license, t dealership is because of a person named Jacqueline who did not show any empathy or remorse after giving us a total price (as we asked) for license, title, taxes and plates for New Mexico registration. Then during the finalization of the agreement stated there might be more fees for these things. I have purchased vehicles in other states and had no hidden or additional fees when completing the deal. She called New Mexico DMV and was told that was all the tax that would be charged. We are still waiting to confirm this after all the monies and information is sent to the proper authorities in New Mexico. I will be anxiously awaiting the results of this final step in the process to see what happens. More
