I'm originally from Florida but moved to Iowa in 1993 to get into the car business. My wife, Michelle, and I decided to raise our family in Iowa because of the Midwest values and the sense of family you feel whenever you meet someone new. We have three children - Madeline, Nathan and Nicholas and feel very fortunate that they've grown up in the Ames community and all that it has to offer. Michelle and I like to spend our time with Madeline and her husband David, visiting Nathan at college and watching him play baseball, and cheering on Nick at his high school athletic events. Family is important to us and participating in their lives is fulfilling. My hope is that the Deery of Ames family will provide an experience for you that is similar to the family traditions you experience with your family.
