Reading these reviews I'm shocked at how this dealer received such a high rating. I'm now thinking I was discriminated against due to my sexual orientation. It's apparent now. I was here with my mom received such a high rating. I'm now thinking I was discriminated against due to my sexual orientation. It's apparent now. I was here with my mom working with Nadar. I had quite a bit of negative but already knew that and the value of my trade, I understood the negative and was prepared to take care of most of it with money down. The test drove was good, Nadar was pleasant but the value they put on my trade was way off from the market. I asked for my keys and left. They did not try to work with me or say anything. It was all of 5 minutes from when he took it to management to review. I then went to a Hendrick dealer, explained my situation, gave them what they needed, communicated with management, and they provided $9k more for my trade, discounted their new X3 M50 (which most aren't discounting this new model) and we closed the deal. I already had financing with my bank, I only need to choose the car for me and wrap up the deal. I'm appalled at the treatment from Leith BMW Raleigh and want others to know. I am not new to car buying and understand sometimes the numbers don't work, but this was not that situation. For me to simply be dismissed without even trying to figure out a deal is wild to me. However, I am better off because the new vehicle I got was the M50 and $10k more than the base X3 from Raleigh AND $9k more for my trade. I hope they learn a lesson here, but those big headed managers in that office won't care at the end of the day. Seems someone needs to come in a clean up the management. I will continue to give a review on factual information so others are aware. I would AVOID this dealer at all costs. Trust me, you'll get a better deal elsewhere and more friendly staff willing to help and work together with you. Cheers! More

Going to the car dealership is like going to the dentist to get a cavity filled BUT then there is Greg Fielding WOW!!! He is your BEST man there. He made it a pleasant experience!!!! Not only is he your best sales man but the BEST Customer Service man. He needs to be given a bonus for what he does. He communicates to the customer how long it is going to be. He goes the extra miles with everything!!! I had Ralph and Mary call him on car details after dealership is closed (on his personal time) They commented what a nice guy Greg was. I brought my friend and her daughter with me to the dealership. They feel the same thing about Greg wonderful experience. We saw that not everyone that was there Saturday did not get the same treatment that we were experiening. (red bow and car was facing out) I just wanted to remind you what you have in your employee Gregg Fielding. What a plus you have please do not take for granted. More

I ordered a 2023 BMW i4 and every aspect of the transaction, from initial contact through the ordering process to delivery was outstanding.
