We had a very pleasant experience with our salesman OC and Mark. I was having problems with my escape and brought it in to see what my options were with the car. I still had quite a bit to owe on my escape, but thanks to OC and his team, they were able give offer me enough to break even on my current loan so I didn't have anything to roll over into my new loan! OC was very helpful and worked his hardest on getting me a monthly payment that was within my budget! He never gave up and went above and beyond to help me get in my dream car for my family and I.
