I dropped off my car around 9am and was told that someone would call me about the service that was needed. At noon, I hadn't received a called so I called and was told someone would call me back. I called a would call me about the service that was needed. At noon, I hadn't received a called so I called and was told someone would call me back. I called a second time around 2pm or about 5+ hours after I dropped off my car. I was told the repair cost was going to be approximately $500 -$550. The final bill was $1,100 plus. You won't service my car again. You better hope no one asked me about your service department. More

I cannot express how amazing, easy, and relaxing the whole experience was at Culver City Mazda. I researched my dream car online and was thrilled that Culver City had it! Mark was the most pleasant sa whole experience was at Culver City Mazda. I researched my dream car online and was thrilled that Culver City had it! Mark was the most pleasant sales person, no pressure, totally open to negotiating. He made the process so relaxed and simple. Stefan was also equally wonderful with no pressure in the Finance step. A special shout out to manager Danny for his assistance, too! If you're looking for a Mazda or Volvo, I highly recommend Culver City Mazda. It was the best experience I've ever had buying a car. More

We had an amazingly easy and smooth transaction at Culver City Mazda. I've bought and leased many vehicles in the past, and this was by far the the quickest, and actually pleasant.
