From the minute we walked into Braman, we felt extremely comfortable. We had called the day before and had an appointment. Upon walking into the dealership we were greeted warmly by Mr. Bellew. He was so very helpful, answering all our questions and addressing our concerns. We decided to purchase and then met with Kevin Henry for financing. Again, Mr. Henry was personable and answered all our questions and made the process very easy. We found the staff at Braman to be professional, knowledgable and very personable. I would highly recommend this dealership to others. More

I have wanted a convertible...preferably a BMW..from the day I received my drivers license over 30 years ago. A convertible would be a pure indulgence and it seemed like an unobtainable desire. However, recently my Aunt and Uncle purchased a new BMW convertible at Braman BMW thru Mark Bellew. After being given the opportunity to experience their car I was enamored. I began reconsidering the idea of a BMW convertible for myself. My Aunt and Uncle raved so much about their experience with Mark and how much they trusted him as well as the outstanding customer service provided by Braman BMW that I decided to contact Mark for myself. I explained my wants and guidelines to Mark. He acted efficiently sending me information and a picture of exactly what I was looking for. My meeting with Mark was as exceptional of an experience as promised. He was patient, genuine, and took the time to go over every option I had with my best interest in mind. There was no pressure and he gave me several financial options showing me every possibility presenting me with an amazing deal. I would highly recommend Braman BMW and Client Advisor Mark Bellew. Exceptional sales experience thanks to Client Advisor Mark Bellew as well as Sales Manager Mike Trapasso. I have been buying cars for over 45 years, and never have I had such an enjoyable experience tha Mark Bellew as well as Sales Manager Mike Trapasso. I have been buying cars for over 45 years, and never have I had such an enjoyable experience thanks to these two professionals. The entire process from beginning to end was a pleasure. When I first walked through the doors of Braman Motors of Jupiter I was greeted by a friendly staff that was ready to assist me. After immediately meeting Mark Bellew any concerns I had regarding the purchase of a vehicle disappeared, as I realized that I was dealing with a very knowledgeable professional. Mark instills confidence as well as extensive knowledge of the vehicles I was considering. He was able to show me every feature of the vehicle and seemed to understand exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle. Mark was courteous and reassuring during our test drive, without a doubt my needs as far as a vehicle were his primary concern. After I had selected the vehicle I wanted, Mark skillfully assisted me with the process through the final purchase of the vehicle. I would also like to commend Sales Manager Mike Trapasso. Never before in my car buying experiences, have I encountered a Sales Manager that exercised his responsibilities with such professionalism and class. While I was on my test drive, Mike oversaw the evaluation of my trade-in (BMW Z4). From a management perspective, Mike executes his role with great professionalism, precision and efficiency. Mike's friendly demeanor makes, what could be an otherwise stressful encounter, a calm and enjoyable transaction. Braman Automotive is fortunate to have two such great employees. Just for point of reference, I have been purchasing BMW vehicles since my first one in 1971. I have owned vehicles from Porsche, Mercedes Benz, as well as other luxury and sport vehicles. I've owned a lot of vehicles, more than I can count without spending a lot of time. I've never had a better buying experience, and consider both Mark and Mike as friends as well as Braman Motorcars as my "go-to" dealer. More

I had a great experience at Braman BMW of Jupiter. My Client Advisor, Mark Bellew was a sincere, genuine person who provided a great deal of guidance throughout my sales process. He took the time to evaluate my trade-in and give me solid information to make my decision on the purchase of my 2012 X5 35d. Mark not only took the time to handle my sale on Saturday but took my calls with questions I had late Saturday evening. He also followed up with a call to me on Sunday to answer any additional questions I had about my new purchase. He truly cared about me as his BMW client and that made me secure with my decision. I absolutely love my new car and am truly happy with my decision. I am also happy that I went to this location because the customer service was superb. In addition to Mark Bellew, Phillip Roe provided additional assistance with my purchase and proved that this location lived up to their reputation. I also appreciated the assistance of Kevin in accounting. Overall, it was a really positive experience for me and I will highly recommend Mark Bellew to anyone looking for a BMW as well as the Braman Jupiter location. Physical facility is immaculate. Mark Bellew really knows in detail the product he is presenting. In this case it happens to be the BMW 328i. He took his time with us explaining the many features of the car; in detail the product he is presenting. In this case it happens to be the BMW 328i. He took his time with us explaining the many features of the car; many of which I had never been exposed to before. His patience was great as we had to come back the next day as we had forgotten a number of the options he showed us the night before. I had explained early in our discussion that I wanted to lower the monthly lease payment and he was able to accomplish that to our satisfaction. Just a great experience! Would be a reference for Mark any time he wants to call on me. Would like to mention Kevin Henry in finance. Did a real nice job considering all the paper work involved. Personable and very smart. The purchase process with Mark was fairly quick and efficient. I had viewed the car on line and the overall package was attractive and kept my attention.
