His patience was great as we had to come back the next day as we had forgotten a number of the options he showed us the night before. I had explained early in our discussion that I wanted to lower the monthly lease payment and he was able to accomplish that to our satisfaction. Just a great experience! Would be a reference for Mark any time he wants to call on me. Would like to mention Kevin Henry in finance. Did a real nice job considering all the paper work involved. Personable and very smart. I initially contacted Braman motors from out of state because they stocked a 3-series with a set of options that was not available in my area. I stopped in several dealerships of different brand vehicles. All the other dealerships gave me the horrible experience I expected. I was pleasantly surprised when I met Mark Bellew and Phillip Roe. They were confident and knowledgeable about their product. There were no high pressure sales tactics like at other dealers. The dealership was clean and the employees were all friendly. But Mark was the person I was in most contact and made the experience enjoyable. It was refreshing to see how knowledgeable he was about the BMW product. It was like dealing with family! More
