The folks who work at the service desk are very nice, which is the only thing that saved this review from being a 1 star. I have called multiple (dozens of) times for two different issues in the last 2 m which is the only thing that saved this review from being a 1 star. I have called multiple (dozens of) times for two different issues in the last 2 months and been transferred to a phone that always goes to voice mail and I NEVER received a call back. Ever since Southern Team took over First Team I have lost all respect for this dealership. One lady who answer the phone to direct my call was very rude the last time I called xxxxxxxx about her job and how she had answered over a hundred phone calls already that morning. I’m at the point that I’m ready to sell my Subaru and get back into a Toyota. More
