Thank you for providing your feedback about your recent experience. Your initial inquiry did not have a phone number to reach you at. Once we emailed the information requested, you replied with a good number and we did not utilize that to get in contact with you. We strive for an easy and transparent experience, and were not able to deliver that to you. We're extremely sorry about your experience and we can only get better.
