I am a lifelong car fanatic and going into dealerships is often an annoying experience. Many car salesmen try to impress upon me what they want me to buy and tell me what I already know as if it sage advice often an annoying experience. Many car salesmen try to impress upon me what they want me to buy and tell me what I already know as if it sage advice or hard to discover information. Every salesman should be like Robert. He was a patient listener and quickly understood that I knew exactly what I wanted because, like him, we know and love cars. From there he was supportive, kept me informed on my order, and really just made sure everything was as easy as it could be. If any of my family, friends or acquaintances say they are looking for a Honda at Liberty, I would tell them to ask for Robert. Likewise, anyone who is a knowledgeable car person who goes to Liberty Honda should ask for him. More
