My best experience buying a car from a car dealer from all my years buying cars. Stuff was very pleasant and helpful i Couldn't be more pleased. Very pleasant experience! I had a very enjoyable experience working with them on my new car purchase. The staff were very helpful in getting my paperwork done ahead of time s I had a very enjoyable experience working with them on my new car purchase. The staff were very helpful in getting my paperwork done ahead of time so that I could minimize my time at the dealership. The time at the dealership was very pleasant as well. Everyone was polite and friendly and there was no pressure. I recommend anyone that wants a Subaru to make this your first and last stop. This was THE BEST car buying experience I’ve had in my life. Everyone I spoke with seemed like a genuinely nice person. It was clear we were getting a great deal based on our research so there was no need life. Everyone I spoke with seemed like a genuinely nice person. It was clear we were getting a great deal based on our research so there was no need to negotiate anything. We were not pressured in to anything “extra” as I’ve experienced with other car buying experiences and it was really low pressure. Also, we were in and out quickly after our test drive. It only took about 20 minutes to do the paperwork, but the sales associate took plenty of time to answer all of our questions and explain the features we needed more information on. I texted my friend from the showroom that she needed to contact Annapolis Subaru about her dream car- the STI- ASAP! Also, I absolutely LOVE my new Forrester! More

First new car in 15 years! What a GREAT dealership to do business with! Deciding to buy a car during this pandemic has challenges and EVERYONE was wonderful! Andre is so knowledgeable and helpful, he was totally thoughtful with all of the social distancing. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a no pressure, loads of info salesman! Marissa worked hard to make the deal fit into my budget, and Billy didn’t pressure me for extras that would put me outside my budget. Another plus for the residents of Anne Arundel County is that Annapolis Subaru supports many efforts in our county and I found that to be the frosting on the cake. FIVE STARS!!!! More
