All of the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly! I didn’t feel at all like they were forcing additional things on me or trying to upsell me on unnecessary expenses. And Bob Carroll walked me through in great detail with all the financing in the most friendly and informative way. I fully anticipate coming back to Annapolis Subaru when it’s time for a new car, they were by far and away the best to work with. More

This (2020 Forester) is the second car we’ve bought at Annapolis Subaru the negotiation, transaction and entire experience were actually pleasant. No hard sell, no “let me speak to my manager,” just strai Annapolis Subaru the negotiation, transaction and entire experience were actually pleasant. No hard sell, no “let me speak to my manager,” just straight up. Reasonable trade, and the day of delivery and paper signing went smoothly (except when I couldn’t unlock my credit rating from Equifax, neither by phone or web because for some reason the phone hung up on me twice and the web went blank; unfortunately Subaru only uses Equifax, even tho I had my credit score from Experian on my phone. Alas). Jason knew everything about the car we were buying and was very good even tho it was his last day before taking a new job; Marissa was very good starting me off. And Bob Carroll the finance guy was friendly, very patient (since we went from just my wife in the title, to both, to just my wife after the ridiculous Equifax thing). They work as a team and a strong team it is. More

I came back to the best I bought a vehicle last year which was not a Subaru; my husband bought an Ascent. After a year of not-really-happiness with my "new" car, I received a I bought a vehicle last year which was not a Subaru; my husband bought an Ascent. After a year of not-really-happiness with my "new" car, I received an email from Annapolis Subaru's Internet Sales person telling me of 0% interest available until July 31. THAT did it--gave me the reason to give up on the car I had and trade it in after only a year! I am now the most happy owner of a beautiful Forester. Jason Kuffler was our sales person last year for my husband's Ascent, so we went to him immediately; everything was settled easily and without a hitch. I am so grateful! More
