

Marissa began her career in the automotive industry in 2011. She joined Annapolis Subaru in 2017 because she loves the hometown feel of our family operated business, the Subaru brand, the safety and most importantly, what Subaru stands for. Born and raised in Calvert County, Marissa, her husband (also a Subaru driver) and daughter reside in South Anne Arundel County with their three dogs.

Couldn’t have been an easier ordeal and such a relief to not feel pressured into anything. My car wasn’t even on the lot and they went through the trouble to go get it for us just so we could see it firstha not feel pressured into anything. We first saw Susan to ask when the new Forester Hybrids would be available. Although she couldn't precisely answer that question, she said she'd keep in touch and she did. When we noticed the website said would be available. Although she couldn't precisely answer that question, she said she'd keep in touch and she did. When we noticed the website said there would be 3 coming to Annapolis, we called and asked if they were there yet. They were not, but Susan asked if there was one we were interested in. When we told her which one we wanted to test drive, she offered to reserve it for us. As soon as it was on the lot, she called us and we set a date and time to come in for that test drive. We liked it and she was wonderful through the entire process! More

This is my third purchase, personally, with Annapolis Subaru and it was easily the best experience I've had. I corresponded via email with Christina and she was just lovely. She quickly located a vehicle Subaru and it was easily the best experience I've had. I corresponded via email with Christina and she was just lovely. She quickly located a vehicle for me. We hammered out the preliminary details, again, through email and then I came in to place a deposit to hold the car which was in transit. She called me a few days later to let me know it had arrived. I came to the dealership right away (~4:45). I forgot that I had to another appointment at 6:30. Christina was understanding and worked efficiently to get me through the process. Once I got to the finance department I met Marissa who also couldn't have been lovelier. So pleasant and personable - we got through those steps very efficiently as well. The onsite car buying process took ~1.5 hrs. I can't thank them enough for their expertise and efficiency. So happy with the whole process - AND I love the car (2025 Outback Touring XT). Also a strong shout out to the Detailing Department that worked quickly to prepare the car after it was delivered to them. TEAM Effort! More
