I first started as the assistant to our owner Sara Ayres and General manager John Watkins back in 2020. Over the last 3 years I’ve become obsessed with the culture here at Don Ayres Honda and have worked my way up to the sales consultant role. I love servicing our community in the car buying experience and can’t wait to see you on the road in a brand new Honda!

I very rarely give a 1 for a review but I had Chris on speaker phone with husband and he was also very shocked at the way Chris argue with me about what I had gotten my last lease for. He then called back and told me about the new inventory deal and demanded I tell him right then if I wanted the black lx and I requested the figures of my lease and I never got a call back. When I then contacted Rick Squires and let him know the situation and that I wasnt happy Rick set me up with Marissa. The original black had been sold and she sent figures and a video right away and I went ahead with the silver all wheel drive(which Chris told me they didnt even make an awd in a lx) I leased that one. Marissa was as good as Chris wasnt. If I wouldnt have been able to deal with a top notch salesperson like Marissa the deal wouldnt have ever been made. At that point I was was pretty done with Honda. I am very happy with my new lease and glad we could end on a good note with Honda as I have always been happy with your dealership.

Glad the issues were resolved and i could find a good kease deal. This hrv is a step ahed of the 2021 i was driving. Heavier car and quieter. Only wish it had the "oh crap" handle for my husband! Lol

The 2024 HRV is a much heavier and quieter car then my 2021. Only wish it had a "oh crap" handle for my husband! Lol
