I couldn’t believe it but the next day Marion had already arranged for a check to be overnighted to pay off my trade. No stress at all! Literally the whole car buying experience was no stress at all. They make it make sense for you. And it all really starts with Luis… And his ability to hear what you are looking for and he makes it happen! Luis Martinez was a great sales person for us. He was very patient, not pushy and he didn't try to add on features that we did not want. We looked at vehicles about a month before we purchased and He was very patient, not pushy and he didn't try to add on features that we did not want. We looked at vehicles about a month before we purchased and he agreed that we should do our own research ahead of time so that we knew exactly what we wanted. We were comfortable with Luis, so we called him when we came back. It was a fun process, we joked around, shared stories and he even changed the music in the showroom to our preference. He took his time explaining all the features on the vehicle. If he didn't know the answer to our questions, he would go find the answer immediately. And he also gave us a good deal! Going to Ventura Toyota has changed the negative impression we've had for many years from visiting other dealerships. We would definitely go here again! More

Best car buying experience ever. I wanted a particular vehicle and James was able to find it and drove to North Hollywood to pick it up.
