So far not very impressed with this dealership. I've been bounced around for over a week trying to get the OTP by Kelsey and Peyton. 100% do not recommend working with them. They texted me leading me on, and then after waiting 3 days I called to speak to someone who could actually help and I guess this dealership lack anyone competent enough to do so. Its been 7 days now, and they had a floor jockey call me talking about Customer Appreciate Week? Could've fooled me with this xxxx poor communication skills. If they are giving you the run around and your gut is telling you its too good to be true. LISTEN AND GO WITH A DIFFERENT DEALERSHIP THAT RESPECTS YOUR TIME AND ENERGY. I was able to get the OTP from other Kia dealerships with in 24 hours More
