I was convinced to write an initial good review after an awful experience. The ONLY reason I followed through with purchase was because it was the only one in the surrounding area like I wanted. I drove ove awful experience. The ONLY reason I followed through with purchase was because it was the only one in the surrounding area like I wanted. I drove over an hour because of a demo sale advertisement which was not honored & then lied to that it was not a demo. Which after purchasing I found paperwork in the car where it was in fact rented to someone along with 2 peoples names & phone's connected to the Bluetooth. I have reached out to Mario through text & phone regarding my license plate & another issue I’m having with my “new” car to never be returned. I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership & will discourage anyone I know to go there as well! When we finally got to finance I noticed a $2000 error in the benefit of the dealership in the paperwork I was being rushed through to sign saying if I read everything we would be there all day. Luckily for me I didn’t just sign & then was told the DMV would have caught the mistake & I would have been reimbursed. Complete & utter xxxx show to say the least! More

Love my new Volvo, but would have like a lesson on how to operate it.Basically my phone was connected, but not much else. Mario didn't have experience with Volvo and wasn't familiar with the features. Unab operate it.Basically my phone was connected, but not much else. Unfortunately I don't know what a symbol on the dash is called in order to look it up. Not happy with customer service. More
