I had an appointment at 7:30 am and arrived slightly early. As the time reached closer to 7:30 there were quite a few cars waiting which automatically had me thinking the start up process would take a w early. My vehicle gear shift was locked on my 2020 Telluride. The windows, door locks, trunk, wipers and several other components didn’t work. I took it in to determine the problem and after troubleshooting it w The windows, door locks, trunk, wipers and several other components didn’t work. I took it in to determine the problem and after troubleshooting it was determined that rodents had damaged the harnesses. Mario Rodriquez and the Service Manager Steve was able to provide me a loaner while they made the necessary repairs. They were diligent in keeping me posted along the way.
