I have not used this Service Center. I received an email telling me that the service on my vehicle had been completed. Given that I had not had service on my vehicle and that the vehicle I received an email telling me that the service on my vehicle had been completed. Given that I had not had service on my vehicle and that the vehicle was in possession I twice called the dealership to find out was going on. When the dealership failed to return both of my phone calls I drove to the dealership to find out what was going on and was told that the email was referring to the "pre delivery" inspection that was done prior to my purchasing the vehicle over two weeks prior. Now I'm being asked to rate the service that I never requested???? I'm starting to get a very bad feeling about Brandon Hyundai and my entire purchase. More

Mario listened to what I had to say about my vehicle when I came in for my oil change appointment. I explained about the check oil light coming on 14 days after it has been reset since I purchased it. Also t I came in for my oil change appointment. I explained about the check oil light coming on 14 days after it has been reset since I purchased it. Also told him that may map did not come up on my screen when I tapped it. While in the waiting lounge he came in to let me know he had found a recall on my vehicle radio component and asked if I would have time for it to be taken care of while I was there. Lucky for me Mario was on the ball and found the recall because I had not received any info on it at all. This is only the 2nd time someone has listened to me about what was going on with my vehicle. I have been in to have the oil change light reset 5 times not counting when the oil was changed. Mario said he had fixed that problem I'm keeping my fingers crossed because 14 days has not passed since he reset it. More

The work was done correctly, but I arrived at 9 and left at 3:15. I had a 45k service and the wiper recall to do. I was told 2-3 hours and it was 6. Also my car was done for an hour before I went looking fo at 3:15. I had a 45k service and the wiper recall to do. I was told 2-3 hours and it was 6. The customer service from my service advisor was A1 I really have no complaints there , and I did not have to wait all day for my vehicle . The experience was great and I'm sure if I have any other issue really have no complaints there , and I did not have to wait all day for my vehicle . I was happy that their effectiveness in time was exceptional. The only time was when the report and evaluation on my vehicle was not an agreement. The one who tested my car didn't have me present so exceptional. The only time was when the report and evaluation on my vehicle was not an agreement.
