It is always a difficult task going from different dealerships trying to get a "good deal" as well as receive good service. After a number of awful experiences at two dealerships, we traveled to Joyce Honda in Denville this holiday weekend. We were lucky enough to be serviced by two excellent sales professionals, Mario Delorio and Moe Elhamouly. Their knowledge of the car and patience with my negotiating, as well as help from a number of other staff members, settled it for both of us, and we purchased our new Accord at Joyce Honda. The deal was excellent and the service was extraordinary. No pressure - no hassle. What we also learned was that their service department is set up great as well. You do not have to call and make an appointment - we simply pull-up to the service bays and they service our car immediately! Best financial decision my wife and I have made in years! More

From the moment we met Mario, he was just the right combination of friendliness, professional and trustworthiness. We didn't feel pressured to buy a vehicle, and Mario gave us all the information we needed to make a decision up front. I kept waiting to be hit with hidden fees, issues with my trade-in or other suprises, but there weren't any. I would definitely recommend Mario! The person who handled the business end of the sale was also friendly, professional and easy to work with, sorry I can't remember his name. Two other advantages for using Joyce Honda. They have many vehicles in stock so there are many to choose from so the purchase can be made quickly, and because of the volume, prices are very competitive. More
