After a number of awful experiences at two dealerships, we traveled to Joyce Honda in Denville this holiday weekend. We were lucky enough to be serviced by two excellent sales professionals, Mario Delorio and Moe Elhamouly. Their knowledge of the car and patience with my negotiating, as well as help from a number of other staff members, settled it for both of us, and we purchased our new Accord at Joyce Honda. The deal was excellent and the service was extraordinary. No pressure - no hassle. What we also learned was that their service department is set up great as well. You do not have to call and make an appointment - we simply pull-up to the service bays and they service our car immediately! Best financial decision my wife and I have made in years! More
