I have been a customer of Joyce Honda for over twenty five years. Just yesterday I picked up the fifth vehicle I have purchased from your dealership- a brand new HRV. My new SUV is wonderful and like all the other Honda vehicles I have purchased in the past, I love it. My experience with your sales staff was amazing and I wanted to take this opportunity tell you about the outstanding service I received from Craig and Mario. I knew exactly what I wanted when I walked into the dealership that first day, an HRV EX with a manual transmission. Unfortunately, this configuration is virtually impossible to locate in the northeast. After many phone calls to various dealers throughout the US, they were able to locate a dealer in Florida who was willing to trade a vehicle in order to get the one I wanted to me in NJ. Not only that, they were able to get the exact color I requested as well. In addition, I was able to trade in my old vehicle that was not in the greatest shape. Both Mario and Craig went above and beyond the call of duty to satisfy my needs. Craig even called me on his day off to tie up some loose ends so that I could take delivery of the vehicle sooner than we had anticipated. It’s this level of service that keeps me coming back to your dealership. Speaking of service, all of my vehicles are serviced at the dealership as well. Erik Matos has been my service advisor for the past several years. Erik deserves lots of cudos also. He too provides outstanding customer service and deserves recognition as well. One time I stopped by the service department without an appointment because one of my headlights was broken. Erik was able to get the new headlight for me and installed it for me in a matter of minutes. On another occasion, I stopped by thinking there was something wrong with my winshield wipers because I couldn’t get the wiper fluid to work. It turns out I was out of fluid so Erik not only filled the car with fluid, he taught me how to do it myself. Most recently, my son thought there was something wrong with the brakes in his vehicle. I happened to be dropping off one of our other cars for maintenance and was talking to Erik about the situation. Since my son was driving me home, he happened to be there with the car in question. Not only did Erik go outside to talk to my son about the problem, he actually test drove the car right then and there to see if he could determine what the issue was. I was doubly impressed by this because it was a Saturday afternoon at about 5 pm and time for Erik to go home. The fact that he made the effort to meet the needs of a customer instead of telling us to come back some other time was what sets him apart from others I have dealt with in the past (of course, not at Honda)! Erik is a pleasure to deal with and I greatly appreciate everything he has done for us and all of the vehicles we have serviced at Joyce Honda. You run a top notch organization and I will continue to recommend your dealership to all of my friends and family members. It is a pleasure dealing with everyone at Joyce Honda and I look forward to a relationship with your company well into the future. More
