Top notch no pressure sales My non-Honda car had broken down 100 miles from home and I needed a car. I came to Joyce Honda specifically because of the quantity of preowned cars My non-Honda car had broken down 100 miles from home and I needed a car. I came to Joyce Honda specifically because of the quantity of preowned cars I saw on their website, and worked with David, Still not sure if i wanted a preowned car, David looked into new stock, saw a prior year's model he thought I'd be interested, and introduced me to Mario, super helpful and easy going. I then worked with Steve for trade in value. Matt was my out the door finance guy when I picked up the car. None of these men were pushy, just very helpful. For what it's worth, I'm female near retirement and never felt talked down to. I've never had a Honda, it's now been a week, and I love my Civic. Thank you everyone, and especially Mario. I would not hesitate to come back to Mario for another new Honda, even though he's not near where I live. More

I've been working with Mario for each of my leases and he is very kind and helpful. I've been very pleased with the service I've received from Joyce (sales and service dept). There is a Honda dealership in my town, but I prefer to drive to Denville to work with Joyce. I would definitely recommend Joyce Honda to anyone looking for a new or used car. More
