With no expectation of buying at that point, the staff worked as a team to answer questions and do the numbers. I really liked the RAV 4, but they made sure I knew the alternative model choices and was getting what I wanted. In the end, I wound up buying the vehicle. I especially want to thank Marilyn Harrison for all her help as well as Bo Wang for making the final piece of the process very smooth and quick - also answering last minute questions.
