So we purchased a SUV on the first week of January, our seller William was amazing but unfortunately finance team is the worse. They changed the bank without my approval when we signed for another bank I t seller William was amazing but unfortunately finance team is the worse. They changed the bank without my approval when we signed for another bank I think that is very unprofessional and disrespectful. Secondly me did not receive any communication from our lender and Ed Morse told us to make the first payment that they will transfer that amount to the bank, guess what they never make the payment and the bank sent a letter saying that I’m behind my payment for 2 months. I did not expect to have this horrible customer service from Ed Morse. I spoke with Marie from Finance which promise that she will call me back the next day with some updates is gonna be a week and still waiting for her call, later I got in contact with Adam who is one of the managers he was very understanding and promised as well the same that he will reach out next day guess what I’m still waiting for the phone call with any updates and where is my money that we paid in February. It looks that this company doesn’t care about a customer who purchased 2 cars with them More
