Today I went in to have my old car looked at for basic service and I never imaged I would be driving away with a new car and it just happened to be the day before my birthday to top it off! While waiting for my car to come out, I met Maribel "La Chilena" and decided to kill some time with friendly conversation and test drive for the new 2015 Toyota Camry. Its an awesome car! I'm a sporty guy and I mentioned to her I had a 2012 Scion tC and after a brief conversation about what I liked in a car and how I wanted a car to express my style, I ended up deciding to trade in my older gently used 2012 Scion tC for a new 2015 Scion tC as a gift to myself for my Birthday! We are often weary of dealerships because of the pressure that is often put on the customers but we did not feel like that at all with Maribel, nor Rick, who later came to help find the best payment arrangement for us. It was getting late into the night and we were the only customers there but not once did we feel pressured to hurry up with a decision so that they could end their night..we left at 11:30pm! We were so happy to have the same great experience that we remember having 9 years before when we bought our first new car at another Toyota dealership! Felt i was being taken care of and everything possible was going to be tried to allow me to walk out with my very own car. Maribel let us know she was there for us in whatever way we needed but she allowed us to freely walk around on our own and was always within walking distance to ask her a question. No muss, no fuss, she was a perfect fit for us because we will leave if the sales person doesn't give us space and is pushy, Maribel was PERFECT in every way. we left that night letting her know we would contact her after we discussed our options, and there was no pressure. Please, if you are going here, request Maribel, you will not regret it! :))) And I am NEVER happy with any salesperson, EVER!!!!!!
