Taken advantage of!!! so just under a year ago we we searching for a vehicle to fit our family of 6 in an the car we had had been totaled. We had about 2000$ to put down an we also had a co signer. We went to Toyota avondale one day and couldn't find anything in our budget. Went back the following weekend and dealt with a sales person by the name of Sean hornbeck who was gone shortly after we got our van. There was nothing on the lot for us an we were discouraged then Sean said we can check one more spot behind the gates so we said sure walked back an there was sitting the 2011 Chrysler town and country had writing on the window like it had just been traded in. Was dirty inside an out. We test drove it around the block an decided to get it. Sean did mention that they had to run it through the shop but how can you safely inspect a vehicle to make sure that it Runs properly an everything works the way it should. With in the first week of having it. I called you guys an told you of a couple problems an you guys referred me to Chrysler when taking it to Chrysler I got nowhere so we have just put up with the problems for months then finally I talked to a couple different people an just brought it to you guys where you tell me I have broken motor mounts that the warranty doesn't cover that I know for a fact were bad when we bought the van. On top of numerous other problems that could have been caught if properly gone through. I could go on an on but I won't. All I want is for avondale Toyota to make it right with us we are a one income family an its not fair to be stuck with this vehicle having to be responsible for these problems. More

2013 CamryThe new addition to the family "Thans Maribel!!" I want to thank Maribel Johnson "La Chilena" for the Great customer service. She gave me great info on the car I was looking to buy. She was very professional and took the "Bull by the Horns" so to speak.. lol.. I called the "we owe you" department two times and got no call back from either of the two guys in that department to schedule an appointment to fix the fog light. So I drove to the dealer and spoke to Maribel about it. She then took my "we owe you" voucher from me. She was gone for a few minutes and came back with a new voucher and an appointment made for that next Monday morning. I was so happy the way she handled that for me. The fowling week comes and I get a call from Maribel and she wanted to know how things were and if the fog light was fix right. at the time she called me I asked her if my license plate was to be sent to my mailing address. The reason for that question was that the Financial company called me and had some of my info incorrect. So Maribel said she would look into it for me. She called me back shortly and said that the plate was sent to the wrong address. It plainly shows on the application that I have a different mailing address. so that department drop the ball. Maribel expressed how sorry that she was that the plate was sent to the wrong place. I told her that I knew it wasn't her fault. that it was out of her control. Other then some of those departments making things difficult. I couldn't be more happy with Maribel. She is a wonderful employee and there should be more people like you in customer service and sales. "Thank You Very Muck Maribel!!" I enjoyed how you would make me laugh.. It really didn't feel like I was buying a car.. lol.. I will defiantly recommend you to family and friend if that are look to buy a new car.... More
