We apologize for the delay. When dealing with warranty coverage, there are often multiple steps that must be taken, documentation submitted, and approvals given. Please know we are doing all we can to have your vehicle repaired and returned to you as soon as possible.

We are sorry you are disappointed with your vehicle. Certified vehicles have to meet specifications set by Hyundai. While these set minimum guidelines, it does not mean that wear-and-tear items, such as brakes, will be in "like new" condition. The size of the vehicle, the mileage driven, and driving style all impact the length of time before replacement is required.

It is fairly standard in the industry to warranty parts for one year from installation. As your catalytic convertor was replaced in March of 2019, it would no longer be eligible for warranty replacement. The first battery installed was defective which is why it was replaced.
